SOLUTION
We decomposed over 1,400 processes into eight core value streams and identified opportunities to embed AI agents into repeatable workflows. This created a structured foundation to modernize execution across the manufacturing floor. AI agents were introduced to guide operators step-by-step while orchestrating repeatable tasks under human oversight. This ensured consistent process adherence while allowing operators to focus on approvals, exception handling, and edge-case decisions. By embedding intelligence directly into execution, we reduced reliance on tribal knowledge and standardized workflows across shifts and facilities, enabling more predictable, scalable operations.
