Role Description

As a Forward Deployed Agentic AI Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between our innovative AI capabilities and client success. You'll spend significant time on-site with enterprise customers, understanding their unique challenges and architecting autonomous AI systems that solve real-world problems. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities, requiring you to translate complex AI concepts into business value while hands-on building and deploying production-ready agentic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with C-level executives and technical teams at enterprise clients to identify AI automation opportunities
• Design and develop multi-agent AI systems using state-of-the-art LLMs, reinforcement learning, and autonomous decision-making frameworks
• Build robust AI agent orchestration platforms that can operate reliably in production environments
• Lead technical workshops and proof-of-concept implementations on-site at client locations
• Collaborate with our product team to influence the development of our core agentic AI platform based on real-world deployment insights
• Mentor client engineering teams on AI agent best practices and implementation strategies

Qualifications

Required:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python/JavaScript proficiency
• 2+ years hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or autonomous systems development
• Experience with modern AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks)
• Proven track record deploying ML/AI systems in production environments
• Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to travel 50-75% to client sites

Preferred:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical field
• Experience with reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or autonomous decision-making
• Background in enterprise software consulting or customer-facing technical roles
• Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and AI system observability
• Experience with vector databases, embedding models, and RAG architectures
• Previous work in fintech, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
