About the Role

Join our innovative team at the forefront of agentic AI technology consulting. As a Senior Back End Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend systems that power intelligent AI agents for Fortune 500 companies. You'll work directly with AWS Bedrock to build sophisticated user interfaces and engineer enterprise-grade solutions using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend architectures for agentic AI applications
• Build intuitive user interfaces leveraging AWS Bedrock services and APIs
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) solutions for complex enterprise AI workflows
• Collaborate with AI researchers and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Optimize system performance and ensure high availability for mission-critical AI applications
• Lead technical discussions with enterprise clients and provide architectural guidance
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices documentation

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with Python, Node.js, or Go
• Strong experience with AWS services, specifically AWS Bedrock and related AI/ML tools
• Proven track record building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation
• Solid understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and integration patterns

Preferred:

• Previous experience in AI/ML consulting or enterprise software delivery
• Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, and RAG architectures
• Experience with real-time systems and WebSocket implementations
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
