UX Design Lead
Design user-centered experiences for next-generation AI systems that operate autonomously to solve complex business problems. You'll collaborate closely with AI researchers, engineers, and clients to translate complex agentic AI capabilities into seamless, accessible interfaces that empower users to harness the full potential of intelligent automation.

About the Role

You'll collaborate closely with AI researchers, engineers, and clients to translate complex agentic AI capabilities into seamless, accessible interfaces that empower users to harness the full potential of intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive interfaces for AI agent management platforms, workflow builders, and analytics dashboards
  • Create user journey maps and interaction flows for multi-agent systems and autonomous task execution
  • Develop design systems and component libraries optimized for AI-driven applications
  • Conduct user research to understand how professionals interact with autonomous AI systems
  • Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and AI system capabilities
  • Collaborate with engineering teams using Figma DevMode for seamless design-to-development handoff
  • Partner with consultants to understand client requirements and translate business needs into user experience solutions

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of UX design experience, preferably in B2B software or AI/ML products
  • Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like DevMode for developer collaboration
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and complex interface solutions
  • Experience with design systems, prototyping, and user research methodologies
  • Understanding of modern development workflows and design token systems
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Experience designing for AI/ML products, automation tools, or enterprise software platforms
  • Familiarity with conversational UI patterns and agent-based interaction models
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
  • Background in data visualization and dashboard design
  • Experience with design ops and version control systems
