With more than 25 years of global experience spanning financial planning & analysis (FP&A), mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and financial operations, Victoria will play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and supporting its next stage of growth.

Most recently, Victoria served as Head of Finance at Fuseproject, where she led financial operations and strategic initiatives across a dynamic, design-driven organization. Her career has been defined by a strong track record of driving performance, building collaborative teams, and delivering measurable impact in complex, global environments.

Victoria holds a degree in Business Administration and German from UCLA and the University of Vienna, reflecting her international background and global perspective. Fluent in both English and German, she brings not only technical expertise but also a unique ability to bridge teams and cultures.
